Ramadan
Ramadan is not only about fasting, however .there are two advantages:
1-You get to feel what the poor feel, so the next time you pass by a homeless guy you don't just pass like it's not a big thing, oh no. You pay him.
2-It's a break for your digestion system.
I mean think about it. You don't eat one meal, and this is a fact and scientifically proven.
